2 more arrivals, 1 strap and 1 tool
I have heard so much about Stone Creek Straps that I had to take a look for myself. Thanks William (watchdaddy)! I contacted Jeanna and had several discussions with her and then placed my order. I highly recommend Jeanna. She is a total professional and she is most definitely a great communicator and is very service oriented. Her work is impeccable and her packaging is a wonderful addition to the whole deal. I ordered a 22mm alligator with creme contrast stitching and rolled edges for my Omega PO. I also see that it will be a beaut on my Mido Baroncelli.
Now, I wanted to put the strap on the PO but I didn't want to mess up the lugs so I had to wait until a new tool arrived:
The pliers are wonderful and made the change from bracelet to strap easy and "mark" free. I just went slowly and had no slips or misses. A bit pricey for the tool but I can use it on several other watches as well so I feel it was worth it for me. I think the strap looks great on the PO and I will have to try it on the Baroncelli. What do you guys think?

I've not heard of them before, but that my friend is a first class gator strap, and everything one should look like.
Friggin' awesome, John.

bought it from Esslingers instead of Otto Frei because Esslinger's took pay pal and I also had a $25.00 gift coupon.

John, you have done it again sir ! THIS strap is simply TOO COOL as you said !!! What
a GREAT addition to your collection. It fits right in with your other uniquely cool watch accessories,
and mixes ALL of the elements together flawlessly. From AWESOME looks, to that exceptional
comfort you mentioned. This is DEFINITELY one to dig here ! Even the box that
the watchstrap comes in is phenomenal. Holy COW ! ... It's always amazing to see those
patented squares of gator skin. The three dimensional look of them as they rise is
epic...
Oh, crap, sorry... started to feel kinda woozy there... channeling someone else's posts...

John,
Nice strap.
Seriously, looks terrific. Very nice workmanship from what I can see.
I've been waiting for someone I know to buy the 6825. Glad to hear you like it and it worked well for you. You know it has alternative pins/tongs/forks for Rolex watches right?

Thanks Doc! Yes, I did know there were slimmer forks. Esslingers does not have them but Otto Frei does. I want to eventually get them. I have not yet tried them "as is" on any of my other watches but, just by looking at the slots in the bracelets, it looks like they will work 'as is"
