I asked the seller to send it priority, he had it listed as economy mail, 4-14 days..what, to save a couple bucks...

I had to do a lot of reasearch on this model to make sure it was real, wanted to make absolutely certain because there are some small differences with this model each year.

I talked to Rob from Toppers today, pricing a bracelet for it and he knew the person I got it from, gave me some info on the watch, also said the guy was an authorized dealer at one time.

I will be sending it back, some repair done to the watch, dings and scratches also photoshop'd
I called the guy and he will give me a full refund and shipping costs.
Bought this on ebay, I will send it back with insurance, tracking and signature to make sure he get's it. Anything else I should do? First time for sending back something from ebay. help..

Sounds like everything is covered... having never bought one from ebay, I know it doesn't happen often, but I'm seeing this stuff more and more. Bummer.

it does suck, the guys pictures were doctored, just the right angle and lighting that none of the flaws were noticable. there were many pictures posted and clear, but not hi res. where it might show more. this was sold as new and unworn. The bezel had been removed and the case filed on, terrible work I might add.
