Good to see folks around here. Nice Ti watch. That one looks very functional. How's it wear?

It wears nice at 41mm (45 with crown), the rubber band could be a tad more pliable, but it is OK. Graet look, easy to read...The seconds hand is hitting at the edge of the mark, so that's good too. I may look at a maratac band like my Tissot for it if I continue to let it bother me. The band is actually just right for 'fat' wrists like you and me Doc....I am in the third hole. I have a blue stainless Batalion III, so I knew I would like this one. That is one I never considered selling (yet) :P . More pictures over at WUS in the affordables section. Best thing? This was $109 at TJ Maxx.....

Have you tried boiling the strap? Always glad to hear about one that is made adults sized.

I guess I never heard of boiling the strap. Have to look into it. Thanks.

I have read a few people's reports of doing it and they have generally warned against doing it too long but given no more meaningful specifics.
