Oh no, they really are very easy to use you know. Just put the watch on the piloow thingee, put the pillow thingee into the winder thingee, and close the lid and flip the switch. Anyone can do it!

The pillows work great. I sometimes take them out of my winder and use them for a pillow for my dolls. Dual purpose Thumbs Up
